Private & small-group mat Pilates and HIIT — brought to your living room, rooftop, vineyard or favorite stretch of grass within two hours of San Francisco.
02 · The Sessions
One-on-one floor work tailored to your body's particular conversation. Mats, props and patience — no equipment to wrangle.
Bring your three closest. A slower, sweeter class for friends, co-workers, or quietly competitive sisters. I bring the mats.
Twenty minutes of measured heart-rate climb, twenty of long-line strength, twenty of mobility. Sweat earned, joints kept.
A morning ritual for a long, ridiculous day. Wine-country rentals, Tahoe houses, rooftop sunrises — I'll arrive with mats rolled and a playlist that knows the assignment.
Outdoor mat classes in the Bay Area's prettiest grass — Dolores, Crissy, Lake Merritt, Inspiration Point. Donation-based seats held for community.
03 · Private events
Lauren travels with everything you need: studio-grade mats, bolsters, a Bluetooth speaker that knows how to behave at 9am, and the ability to wake up a Saturday-morning bridal party without resentment.

06 · Lauren
I trained as a classical mat instructor in San Francisco and spent four years teaching in tiny studios in the Mission and Bernal before someone asked if I'd come teach in their living room. I never really went back.
I believe Pilates is something you should be able to do in your pyjamas, in your bridal-party rental, at sunrise on a Wednesday in Crissy Field. The work is the work — the rest is just where you happen to be standing.
My classes are slow but not gentle. We breathe a lot. We use small movements to find large changes. I'll laugh with you and I'll absolutely make you hold a forearm plank longer than you wanted to.
If you've never done Pilates — start with me. If you've done a lot — also start with me.
“ She arrived on the Saturday of my bachelorette with eight mats and somehow got nine hungover women to do leg circles before brunch. Genuinely the best decision we made all weekend.
— Maya, bride · Healdsburg
“ I've been doing Lauren's Sunday Crissy class for nine months. My back stopped hurting and my therapist asked what changed.
